BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – LA MURALLA ROJA LOFT
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with your booking, you (the “Guest”) expressly agree to the following private holiday rental terms and conditions:
Private Rental & No Commercial Invoices: This is a private vacation rental between individuals. Since this is not a commercial or hotel activity, no commercial invoices or VAT invoices can be issued. A simple receipt can be provided upon request as proof of payment.
Mandatory Registration of All Guests (Royal Decree 933/2021): In compliance with Spanish law, it is strictly mandatory to register every single guest without exception of age (from 0 years old, including babies and children).
Procedure: The guest will receive a personalized link from our authorized digital platform (Partee) a few days before arrival.
Minors under 14: Their identification details and relationship must be mandatory provided by the accompanying responsible adult.
Condition of access: Every traveler included in the booking must be registered online before traveling. Access instructions, key collection details, and the apartment location will only be sent one day before arrival, provided that all guests have successfully completed their registration.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM (strict to allow for cleaning).

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €200 is required prior to or upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after departure, following an inspection of the apartment, provided no damage, loss, or rule violations have occurred.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the loft.
Pets and Animals: Pets or animals of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the loft and in the common areas of the building.
Drones and Privacy: The use of drones is completely forbidden in the apartment, terraces, rooftops, or any area of La Muralla Roja to protect neighbors’ privacy and safety.
Community Rules, Swimming Pool & Photography: The guest agrees to respect the building’s community rules. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Swimming Pool: The pool is open from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM (21:00). It must be used appropriately and responsibly so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbors.
Photography: Taking photos or videos for commercial, professional, advertising, or modeling purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Garbage & Energy Conservation: Guests are required to dispose of their own trash in the public street containers before checking out. For eco-friendliness and safety, please turn off the air conditioning and lights whenever you leave the property.
Occupancy Limits: Only the guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay. Parties, events, or extra undeclared guests are strictly forbidden.
